With over a decade of experience in wildlife photography, Varun has traveled extensively across India, Southeast Asia, and Africa to document rare and endangered bird species in their natural environments. His work captures the raw beauty of avian life—from quiet moments in tropical canopies to dramatic scenes in wetland habitats.

In 2016, Varun gained global recognition when he won the National Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year award.
